Dear Joanne,
I just wanted to write a letter on behalf of myself and The Sapling Company to thank you for the wonderful job you did at our Holiday Casino Night. You, and your coworkers all did your best to teach the game to those at the party that didn’t know how to play and you made it fun!! Even the I-Pod speaker set up was great….providing party music without taking up the extra room for a DJ. Full House Casino was prompt and professional. Everyone was on time and the set up and tear down were done quickly and without any problems. This was our best company holiday party so far and we couldn’t have done it without Full House. Not only did you help to organize everything, but you handled the cash in tickets, the chips and the coupons for the raffle. For us, this part of the party was entirely worry-free! On a more personal note, you were an absolute pleasure to work with and you were an excellent dealer. In fact, you were everyone’s favorite dealer that night! Your laidback attitude and great personality made the night even more memorable. Please thank your entire staff for us and make sure they know what a wonderful time everyone had. Please feel free to use us as a reference any time.

Hi Joanne,
Just wanted to let you know how much fun your staff was for my father's 70th birthday on 11/24. They were polite, courteous, helpful, fun and very professional. The tables were really nice also....particularly the roulette table. Our family and friends had a great time! I'm sure we'll see all of you again. In fact, my aunt will probably call you some time in the near future for a fundraiser she will work on in Toms River, NJ. Thanks again! It was such a pleasure to work with you and your staff!

Dear Joanne,
I know we spoke, but I had to put it in writing in case you need me as a reference. Ken and I, along with our family and friends, had a wonderful time at his birthday party. A large part of that was because I was lucky enough to Google themed birthday parties and find your company. From the first conversation with you, to the last chip bet on the tables, I couldn't have asked for anything better. People are still talking about what a unique idea it was and how much fun they had. Thank you for your advice and support. It's so hard to keep something like this a surprise. I can't say enough about the dealers. They were so friendly and professional and patient with the "real" gamblers and the beginners alike. I will certainly recommend you, and many of the guests took your card. Thank you again for a great time. Maybe we'll meet someday.

It was great meeting you too, brief as it was! Sorry I didn’t return your call earlier, but I’ve been a bit swamped. I got incredible feedback from my boss Russ. He said everyone had a great time! And he said you & your dealers were the best – really got the crowd’s going, specifically at the craps table! I should have stayed!! Thanks for the pictures, I’ll make sure to get them out.
